It’s obviously a matter of great regret that that sort of journalism does not exist on television now, and it’s one of those things that people don’t miss until its gone, and even then there’s not a moment where people take to the streets, it’s a sort of oh god, even now many, many years after World in Action ceased to exist. If I talk to anybody even close to my generation about it, they always remember it as oh my god yes, that was the show that people remember got innocent people out of jail. It used to harass the government regularly, and all of those brave and incredibly impressive things, hunt down former Nazi war criminals, the British newspapers, and all of those things, a fantastic record, but we will not see the like of it again.
